One of the best budget properties that I have stayed in . Firstly the hotel has a dream location, with such close proximity to major markets, tourist destinations , railway station and the airport. It is surrounded by a plethora of amazing eating joints, most of them being walking distance. The hotel has the most courteous staff who are just a call away and a very friendly and cooperative owner. The rooms are extremely and bathrooms clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are 5 star standards. Running hot water was always available and the internet speed was brilliant. It is 3 side open property making it very well ventilated giving a very positive vibe. All in all had a brilliant stay and my only go to place when I am in Delhi. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most comfortable place to stay around bank street, if you have work in karol bagh then this is one of the best options. nice spacious rooms. i don't think i regret any time i've stayed here. i've been to this place couple of times and always find the room nice and relaxing, the staff is friendly and try to sereve you at the best pf their capability. If you are in karol bagh and want to stay the the centre of it then this is the best you can get. I stayed at this hotel for business purpose and never had a single regret. I'll keep on staying in bb palace

Hotel was really nice, I am a business traveler, hotel was clean and full sanitisation was going on, Temperature check at the reception and all staff was wearing a mask and also would definitely comeback again,Its safety standard are really good,.
